Owner’s Engineer & Project Advisory

An owner’s engineer earns its fee at three moments: when the specification is written (so the tender prices the right thing), when the contractor’s engineering is reviewed (so the yard builds the right thing), and when the work is witnessed (so the invoice matches reality). We staff all three with the engineers who do design and class work themselves, and we travel to the yard or offshore when it matters.
