FEED & Detailed Engineering Support for EPC Contractors

Engineering-hour support for EPC, EPCI and fabrication contractors on offshore and marine projects: FEED deliverables, detailed structural, naval and pipeline engineering, 3D modelling in AVEVA E3D and SP3D, production drawings and class or certifier submissions. Delivered from one Mumbai office at Indian engineering-hour rates, under the contractor’s lead engineer or as a complete package.

How contractors use us

Three ways: a defined package with a fixed fee (a wellhead platform FEED, a stability booklet, a sea-fastening design); engineering hours inside the contractor’s own systems under their lead engineer; or a dedicated team for the duration of a project. In all three the work is done in one office by engineers who also do transportation, installation and class work, so the packages arrive buildable.

Software the contractor already uses

SACS, Sesam, MOSES, OrcaFlex, Maxsurf, NAPA, OFFPIPE, CAESAR II, AVEVA E3D, SP3D, Tekla and AutoCAD Plant 3D are in daily use, so files travel between the contractor’s team and ours without conversion. Our SP3D-versus-E3D comparison in the insights section explains where each fits.

Yes. Engineering hours are delivered under your lead engineer using your templates, software and document-control system, or as a self-contained package delivered to your specification.

What are typical engagement models?

Fixed-fee packages for defined scopes, agreed hourly or daily rates for engineering support, or a dedicated team for the duration of a project. A proposal is issued within five working days of receiving the scope.
