Installation engineering for risers and conductors on fixed platforms: clamp and guide design, lift and running procedures, vessel interface, fatigue during installation and the MWS-ready calculation package. Our team engineered a four-platform riser campaign with sixteen lifts, assessed feasibility for more than thirty riser lifts, and supervised conductor installation at Mumbai High for 120+ offshore days.

Brownfield reality

Risers and conductors are installed on platforms that are already producing, with clamps that must fit existing legs, cranes that may not reach, and shutdown windows measured in days. The engineering therefore starts with a survey of the actual structure and a lift-by-lift feasibility study before any procedure is written. That is the scope we ran for thirty-plus riser lifts before the campaign was committed.
