Why the SSA is an engineering document, not a form

A jack-up that has worked a hundred locations still needs its next location assessed: soil, water depth, airgap, proximity to a platform and the season all change the governing case. We run the ISO 19905-1 checks with the rig’s own data and the site’s own soil, and we flag the punch-through and footprint risks that decide whether the move is safe.

Our team provides SNAME 5-5A jack-up support for units on ONGC, ADNOC and Aramco shallow-water fields, and reviews rig-contractor SSAs on the operator’s side.
