Certified verification agent (CVA)

A certified verification agent is the independent third party that the US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) requires to verify the design, fabrication and installation of certain offshore platforms and pipelines on the US Outer Continental Shelf under 30 CFR Part 250. The CVA reviews the engineering and reports directly to BSEE.
